Role Purpose :

The purpose of this role is to design, test, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath to be deployed at client sites, ensuring high-quality standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Requirement Understanding and Design :

- Analyze and understand functional and technical requirements.

- Translate business needs into detailed system designs and workflows.

- Conduct feasibility studies and identify automation opportunities.

- Investigate problem areas to inform solution design through the software development lifecycle.

- Engage with stakeholders to gather clarifications and ensure requirement alignment.

2. Development and Coding :

- Develop robust and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath.

- Automate business processes by designing and developing test cases and use cases.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.

- Fix bugs and optimize existing automation solutions for better performance.

- Evaluate and adapt automations to new hardware/software platforms or requirements.

3. Testing and Quality Assurance :

- Conduct unit and integration testing to validate solution functionality.

- Ensure code is error-free and meets all defined quality standards.

- Create and maintain test cases, documentation, and error tracking reports.

4. Reporting and Documentation :

- Document technical solutions, workflows, diagrams, and user instructions.

- Maintain project-related documentation, status reports, and daily updates.

- Provide timely and comprehensive documentation for solution handovers.

5. Client Coordination and Communication :

- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.

- Provide regular status updates and proactively capture client feedback.

- Ensure timely response to client queries and issues, maintaining high CSAT.

- Uphold professionalism in all forms of client communication (email, voice, reports).

- KPI Measurement

- CI/CD & Monitoring 100% error-free implementation, adherence to schedule, system uptime

- Quality & CSAT On-time delivery, customer satisfaction, bug-free operations

- MIS & Reporting Timely and accurate generation of reports and documentation

Desirable Attributes :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

- Willingness to continuously learn new tools, technologies, and best practices.

- Exposure to Agile methodology is a plus.

1. Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software 100% error free on boarding & implementation, throughput %, Adherence to the schedule/ release plan

2. Quality & CSAT On-Time Delivery, Manage software, Troubleshoot queries, Customer experience, completion of assigned certifications for skill upgradation

3. MIS & Reporting 100% on time MIS & report generation
