Job Title: Sourcing Manager

\

The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of sourcing professionals to drive sales across luxury apartments, retail, and commercial projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing KPIs aligned with project sales goals.\
  • Reviewed team performance regularly and drove target achievement through structured planning.\
  • Sourced potential homebuyers and investors for ongoing mandate projects across Thane.\
  • Built and managed a lead pipeline by tapping into investor circles, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and direct client sources.\
  • Tracked quality of leads being generated and converted by the sourcing team & pre-sales team.\
  • Coordinated with on-site Sales team to drive walk-ins, presentations, and closures.\
  • Built strong referral networks and partnerships with HNI wealth managers, corporates, and local influencers.\
  • Acted as a lead generator for the on-site sales team by driving qualified walk-ins and site visits.\
  • Identified, approached, and onboarded new channel partners, CP firms, and independent brokers across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai.\
  • Conducted CP onboarding sessions and shared project briefings, commercials, and marketing collaterals.\
  • Strengthened relationships with IPCs and local brokers to ensure repeat site footfall and closures.\
  • Regularly engaged with the CP network through broker meets, events, site visits, and incentive programs.\
  • Tracked and evaluated CP performance, resolved partner queries, and drove continued engagement.\
  • Ensured partners were well-informed on inventory, pricing, promotions, and project updates.\
  • Maintained a live tracker of sourced clients and channel partners onboarded, along with conversion metrics.\
  • Shared daily/weekly updates with the leadership team on sourcing pipeline, , CP activity, and conversion ratios, and closures.\
  • Monitored competition channel activity and shared market insights.\
  • Worked closely with the Marketing and Sales teams for lead follow-ups and campaign inputs\\
