Senior Data and AI Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data and AI Leader to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary leader to drive the strategic direction of our data and AI initiatives, collaborate with senior leadership, and inspire teams to achieve excellence.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive data and AI strategy aligned with the company's objectives. This includes identifying opportunities for leveraging data and AI to drive business value, defining and implementing a strategic roadmap for the Center of Excellence (CoE), and establishing best practices to foster innovation and ensure the highest standards of quality across all data and AI initiatives.

The Senior Data and AI Leader will also be accountable for end-to-end project management from concept design to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Additionally, they will manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years of experience in data science, artificial intelligence, or related fields
  • Proven experience in managing and leading data and AI teams
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex data and AI projects

Technical skills required include proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, and a strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, big data technologies, and cloud platforms.
