Job Overview

We seek an experienced HR professional to oversee people operations and drive business growth.

  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of HRMS tools, payroll systems, and data analytics for HR reporting is essential.
  • The incumbent must be able to independently manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management cycles.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Taking ownership of the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit processes.
  • Maintaining accurate and secure employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
  • Ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws, PF, POSH, and other statutory requirements.
  • Developing and implementing employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events to improve morale and retention.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:

  1. Hiring and attrition rates.
  2. Employee satisfaction and engagement metrics.
  3. Compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements

The following qualifications are required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of progressive HR experience in India across all major HR functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive matters professionally.
