Senior Technical Lead

As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering high-performance systems that drive revenue growth. This involves owning the architecture and delivery of high-throughput systems that handle tens of thousands of requests per second.

  • Design, build, and tune microservices using Java 17+ and Spring Boot, as well as cloud-native deployments on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Drive technical excellence by establishing coding standards, automating CI/CD, and championing observability and SRE practices.
  • Lead and mentor a team of senior engineers, facilitating architecture reviews and pair design.

We are looking for someone with 8-12 years of production software experience, including 3+ years in a staff or technical lead capacity. You should have proven success delivering high-scale, low-latency systems in e-commerce, fintech, or similar domains. Bonus points if you have experience with real-time analytics, streaming ML, serverless, or LLM/RAG workflows.
