The Senior F&B Operations Manager position at Gamut HR Solutions offers an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals based in Hyderabad. This full-time role demands expertise in managing menu planning, ensuring food safety, handling vendor relationships, and more. It's ideal for seasoned individuals looking to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu development, customer service, and staff training.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas.
  • Develop and manage relationships with vendors to ensure the best pricing and quality for all food and beverage products.
  • Implement effective inventory control measures to prevent overstocking and reduce waste, ensuring cost-efficiency.
  • Train and supervise staff to enhance their skills and ensure consistent adherence to service and quality standards.
  • Create budgets and financial plans for the department, monitoring expenses to keep operations within allotted budgets.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular reviews of operations, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of proven experience in food and beverage management roles, emphasizing operational success and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong proficiency in menu planning with the ability to create diverse and appealing menu options for varied customer preferences.
  • In-depth understanding of food safety regulations to ensure all health standards are met consistently.
  • Expertise in vendor management to effectively negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of quality inventory.
  • Excellent customer service skills to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure a memorable dining experience every time they visit.
  • Proficient in inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing wastage and controlling costs efficiently.
  • Effective staff training capabilities to mentor and develop team skills for improved service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Solid background in budgeting to manage costs effectively, ensuring financial goals and objectives are consistently met.
