Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Associate Manager to join our team. This role involves managing Information Security activities, IT Service Management processes related to Airport IT Operations, and ensuring the security, quality, and compliance of systems, services, and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage information security activities and IT service management processes to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, services, and associated information.
  • Ensure IT process alignment with business and stakeholder requirements.
  • Develop and implement information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Design and review security architecture and performance metrics.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage risks to acceptable levels.
  • Evaluate incident and problem-related security incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • B.E in Computers or Electronics or IT.
  • Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or IT.
  • CRISC or CISA or CISM certification is required.
  • Minimum 9-11 years of experience in IT with at least 8 years in Information Security, Quality, and Assurance functions.
