Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

In this role, you will work closely with our supervisors and managers to collect documents from customers and validate them against our organization's norms. You will also be responsible for logging cases in our system as per our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and following the process for disbursement.

Your goal will be to fulfill our sanction ratio requirements and meet customer needs while cross-selling multiple products under the guidance of your supervisor or manager.

You will also be responsible for empaneling new vendors and developing relationships with them, as well as ensuring compliance with all audit and RBI regulations.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of our organization's requirements and be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
