- Responsibilities:

- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts, working closely with the sales team to explore new revenue streams.
- Contract Renewals: Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure continued partnership, monitoring contract compliance and addressing any discrepancies.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on account status, revenue, and performance metrics, utilizing analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products or services, implementing changes based on client input to enhance customer satisfaction.
