Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and activating advisors as per plan, ensuring active advisor productivity is maintained, establishing interpersonal business relationships, conducting meetings with reporting agents to evaluate their performance, and advising them on career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and activate advisors on a monthly basis
  • Maintain active advisor productivity as per plan
  • Establish business relationships to facilitate work activities
  • Evaluate reporting agent performance and advise on career progression
  • Generate revenue and acquire new customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales
  • A strong track record of meeting targets and exceeding expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
