Job Title: Business Development Associate

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
  • A degree in any discipline is required.
  • You will identify target areas for prospective business growth and opportunities.
  • Pre-screen customer segments to ensure they align with our organization's norms and standards.
  • Ensure timely disbursement of goods and services, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively understand customer needs and preferences, and cross-sell multiple products as required.
  • Develop and execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the brand.
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and establish a strong brand identity with potential customers.
  • Manage vendor empanelment and develop relationships with new vendors.
  • Establish and maintain strong distribution channels.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant audit and RBI regulations.
