Senior Financial Reporting Leader

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant to lead the preparation and finalization of financial statements. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in accounting standards, experience in preparing financial statements under Ind AS and/or IFRS, and demonstrated ability to manage audits.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS and/or IFRS.
- Design and implement accounting manuals and guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.
- Liaise with auditors to coordinate audit processes and address key issues.
- Manage SAP BPC, FICO & MM module finance functions, including transactional accounting, system enhancements, and internal controls.
- Review and validate monthly and annual closing activities.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Chartered Accountant with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Prior experience in a reputable audit firm or large corporate finance environment is essential.
- Thorough understanding and application of Ind AS and other relevant accounting standards.
- Expert knowledge of SAP – FICO & MM modules.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strong command over written and verbal communication.
