Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in a key leadership position.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable accounting and financial information on a timely basis.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with statutory accounts, local requirements, and international standards.
  • Oversee all accounting and financial activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and monthly close.
  • Manage working capital and cash flow of the entity, monitoring customer credit and collection.
  • Implement and improve financial policies, procedures, account systems, and controls within the organization.
  • Communicate any fraud or compliance issues to senior management and partners.
  • Prepare and manage internal and external compliance reporting and projections.
  • Deliver business analysis and define meaningful financial and operational metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Compile comprehensive management reports for senior leaders, including full financial statements, KPI reporting, operational dashboard reporting, trend analysis, and variance explanations.
  • Monitor financial performance versus plan, identify potential risks, and address issues proactively to prevent financial misses.
  • Maintain quality and compliance of all produced reportings, ensuring adherence to partner requirements.
  • Budget planning and monitoring with senior management, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the finance team, guaranteeing reliability of financial statements.
  • Train and upskill finance team members on finance regulations, company policies, and best practices.
  • Serve as a business partner to senior management, collaborating on development projects and optimizing entity operations.
  • Ensure effective communication with partners regarding project progress and status.
