Job Description

This role is responsible for leading the software engineering team to ensure technical quality, product quality, and efficient use of resources. The individual will provide project management and leadership on medium to large scale products with internal and direct customer impact.

The ideal candidate will be able to drive innovation and take ownership of products offering cyber security to customers and MSP. They should have experience with content management, web development, agile development & global delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day activities of the Engineering team to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team members
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within agreed upon quality standards
  • Maintain project management documentation including project plans, issues, risks, action items, scorecards, and project sites
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who has:

  • At least 14 years' experience in developing and managing core products or business applications
  • Strong domain experience on Cyber Security
  • Practical knowledge of agile/iterative development process
  • Strong design, architecture, and coding experience
  • Hands-on experience in C++, C technologies
  • Good knowledge in AWS, Multi Project / Program Management, & Development
  • Able to handle large-scale and multiple products and scrum teams concurrently
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle process and methodologies
