Job Title:

Solution Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Solution Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of cutting-edge enterprise solutions for prominent financial institutions.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled individual to manage multiple implementations concurrently, guide teams in analysis of customer requirements, and deliver impactful presentations to key decision makers.

  • Manage various implementation teams and oversee several enterprise implementations simultaneously
  • Guide teams in analysis of customer's business requirements and propose product solutions
  • Effectively lead cross-functional teams of Business Analysts, QA, and Technology teams
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and product demonstrations to stakeholders
  • Track progress of implementation ensuring timely and quality delivery
  • Deep experience of implementing Enterprise Solutions, managing SDLC, and Agile methodologies
  • Manage external and internal stakeholders, escalation management, and project status reporting
  • Create proposals, RFP responses, and provide timely answers to techno-functional queries
  • Manage client expectations in terms of deliverables, efforts, timelines, and product customizations
  • Guide BAs in writing functional specifications highlighting product features and benefits
  • Ensure clear understanding of customer technology requirements; develop innovative solutions and provide support for proposal and project teams
  • Train internal teams on product and technology

Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of experience in an enterprise system implementation role with hands-on experience for 10+ years in Digital Lending (LOS, LMS, Collections) or Co-lending
  • Experience in Treasury, Payments, or CBS solutions can also be considered
  • Strong technical and business awareness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience of preparing proposals
  • Excellent stakeholder management and escalation management skills
  • Ability to communicate technical messages with business relevance to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business customers or prospects
