Job Description

Maintain and update technology solutions that meet business and technical requirements. Focus on Identity and Access Management systems, specifically Okta, Sailpoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, PKI.

  • Investigate, analyze, diagnose, recover, and monitor technology applications and platforms. Perform Root Cause Analysis and execute Problem Management processes.
  • Collaborate with other IT support teams to resolve issues. Identify monitoring gaps and potential service delivery impact.
  • Deliver technology solutions to meet customer requirements. Provide solution options and highlight operational or security risks.
  • Tune and configure technologies to meet customer and operational needs.
  • Coordinate and update technology, platform, and documentation to ensure operational health and security.
  • Support access provisioning and certification processes for regulatory compliance and efficiency.

Key Skills:

  • Identity and Access Management solutions and technologies.
  • Cloud access management tools.
  • Experience with Okta, Sailpoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, PKI.

Must-Have Experience In:

  • SSO, MFA, device trust, UD, profile mastering, application assignment, expression language, admin roles and permissions.
  • Implementing and troubleshooting SAML and OIDC/Oauth integrations.
  • SCIM protocol usage.
  • Configure Okta AD SSO using Modern auth protocols-SAML and OIDC/Oauth.
  • Troubleshoot Synchronization Issues, Configuring Identity Governance policies, Configuring MFA and Conditional Access policies.
  • Modern SSO standards and ability to describe their flows/characteristics.
  • Active Directory administration and integration, including group nesting, multi-domain forests, universal groups.
  • LDAP standards (search syntax, DIT, etc..).
  • Techniques for managing privileged access.
  • Integration to Identity Governance solutions (Saviynt, Sailpoint, etc..).
  • Web access management troubleshooting tools.
  • API scripting tools.
  • Development, Automation, or Scripting experience.
  • Data Analysis and Integration (ETL, SQL, etc..).

Nice-To-Have Experience In:

  • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Architecture and operation, Code Signing, Root CA.
  • Web Development (Javascript, CSS, Java, Python, Ruby, Go, .Net, PHP).
  • Directory Server (AD or LDAP).
  • Okta + Zscaler integration.
  • CyberArk EPM and Core PAS experience.
  • BeyondTrust EPM experience.
  • IaaS / PaaS access management.
  • Java Development / SDLC management processes.
  • ServiceNow integrations.
  • ITIL certification or knowledge of best practices.
  • Identity Governance topics like identity lifecycle, role-based access, ABAC, certification, access request workflows, SoD, audit.'
  • Excellent proficiency in English language (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time Management.
