About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled specialist to join our enterprise security team, focusing on identity management and access control solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, support, and enhance IAM systems that protect business systems and data.
  • Develop, implement, and update IDM workflows, drivers, and connectors to meet business requirements.
  • Perform configuration, customization, and integration of IDM with various connected systems.
  • Provide technical expertise during onboarding of new applications and systems into the IAM ecosystem.
  • Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including driver health checks, resource management, patching, connector upgrades, and log management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to NetIQ IDM/NAM and associated LDAP directories.
  • Document detailed solution designs, integration approaches, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct DR testing and ensure compliance with defined security and operational standards.
  • Manage BAU support activities, including incident, problem, and SLA management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in access management processes.

Essential Skill Set:

  • Strong hands-on experience with identity management and access control systems.
  • Proficient in LDAP directory services and eDirectory.
  • Solid knowledge of Web Services, Java, and SAML/OAuth integrations.
  • Experience in creating and managing IDM workflows, drivers, connectors, and reporting.
  • Expertise in system troubleshooting, patching, and connector maintenance.
  • Experience in performing DR tests and maintaining system availability.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Good documentation and technical writing capabilities.
