**Job Description:**As a Senior Identity Governance Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective identity management solutions to meet business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, develop solutions that align with organizational objectives, and oversee the deployment and integration of technology.**Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect identity governance solutions that meet business needs and align with IT strategy.
  • Develop detailed technical designs, including integration points, workflows, and data models.
**Implementation and Integration:
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of identity management systems, including connectors, governance, and compliance features.
  • Integrate identity management systems with various systems, applications, and directories.
**Project Management:
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful deployment of identity management solutions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address project requirements, risks, and issues.
**Customization and Development:
  • Customize identity management functionalities, including developing custom connectors, workflows, and rules.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to architecture, configurations, and customizations.
**Support and Troubleshooting:
  • Provide ongoing support for identity management implementations, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Conduct regular reviews and performance tuning to optimize the identity management environment.
**Compliance and Best Practices:
  • Ensure identity management implementations adhere to industry best practices, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current with technology updates and advancements and recommend improvements and enhancements.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with identity management solutions, with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityNow.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing identity management solutions in complex environments.
**Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of identity governance, compliance, and role-based access control.
  • Experience with integration of identity management systems with various systems and applications.
  • Proficiency in Java, XML, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
  • SailPoint IdentityNow Certification (e.g., SailPoint Certified Implementation Engineer).
