
Senior Retail Business Development Manager

- Drive Strategic Growth Across Retail Channels.
As a senior retail professional, you will be responsible for driving the overall business development strategy for our retail channels. This includes building and enhancing long-term relationships with key partners across the region, setting up and managing our network of retail channels, and developing strategies to achieve planned growth objectives. Your focus will be on designing and executing tactical business plans that drive consistent increase in market share and industry-leading mobilization across all company schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for retail channels.
- Build, develop, and enhance long-term relationships with key retail channel partners.
- Set up and manage our network of retail channels in the assigned region.
- Design and execute tactical business plans that drive consistent increase in market share.
- Ensure industry-leading mobilization across all company schemes.
- Take full accountability for sales performance and revenue targets in assigned channels.
- Strengthen and communicate a strong brand presence in the marketplace.
- Liaise with distributors, banks, and institutions to promote and sell specific schemes as directed by the Business Head.
- Proven experience in driving business growth and development in retail channels.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to design and execute tactical business plans that drive results.
