The role of Human Resources Coordinator involves gaining a deep understanding of the retail business objectives and staff-related challenges, making strategic recommendations based on this understanding.

As the main point of contact for our team, you will be responsible for driving governance on human resource metrics such as staffing, retention, engagement, and cost for the business.

You will engage and work with Regional Managers/Territory Managers on recruitment, compensation, and employee relations, operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction and development of the team, train, mentor, and lead HR initiatives and best practices.

Directly interacting with store staff, you will implement change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies. You will also be responsible for HR operations, induction, performance management, employee relations, and exit process.

Your duties will include coaching individual managers on growing management/leadership capabilities and owning/driving HR policies and directives for smooth implementation across the organisation.

Qualifications required include 3-6 years' of retail relationship experience preferably from large format businesses, ability to manage big teams, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to converse in Hindi and English.
