We are seeking a Retail Functional Specialist to lead business transformations in the retail and quick-service restaurant sectors. As a key member of our team, you will drive customer engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement & Discovery
    • Conduct workshops to understand client pain points, business processes, reporting needs, and dashboard requirements.
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Techno Functional Aspects
    • Develop technical fit documents from functional specifications derived from workshops.
    • Identify and highlight feature/reporting/dashboarding gaps.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to configure and deploy systems aligned with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Act as a trusted advisor to marketing, operations, and IT teams.
    • Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology roadmap.
  • Effective Onboarding
    • Deploy functional specifications in software (reports, dashboards, models, audiences).
    • Train super users on the platform.
    • Explain support mechanisms and set cadences for business-related queries.
