Company Overview At Nexus Jobs we specialize in empowering talent staffing services offering a comprehensive range of corporate manpower solutions tailored to our clients needs With headquarters in Jaipur our expertise spans pan-India hiring for both freshers and experienced candidates ensuring precise end-to-end solutions in the Human Resources industry Learn more about us at Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Retail Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Jaipur This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of work experience The successful candidate will facilitate the onboarding processes ensuring a seamless transition for retail partners Effective communication and the ability to generate sales reports are essential to thrive in this role Qualifications and Skills Proven understanding and experience in onboarding processes enabling smooth integration of retail partners Mandatory skill Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and convey complex information Mandatory skill Proficiency in sales reporting with the ability to analyze and report on sales data comprehensively Mandatory skill Ability to deliver product training sessions that enhance team knowledge and drive sales performance Experience in team collaboration fostering a culture of cooperation and proactive communication Strong customer service skills to address and resolve client queries promptly and efficiently Expertise in problem-solving with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues Knowledge of stock replenishment processes to ensure adequate inventory levels and minimize disruptions Roles and Responsibilities Guide new retail partners through the onboarding process ensuring clarity and efficiency at each stage Facilitate product training sessions to align retail staff with company products and service standards Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new partners Monitor and report on onboarding progress adapting strategies to optimize the process continuously Address inquiries and support requests from retail partners providing timely and accurate solutions Collaborate with sales teams to identify training needs and tailor sessions to address current challenges Conduct regular assessments to evaluate onboarding efficiency and propose enhancements Maintain detailed records of onboarding activities to facilitate reporting and strategic planning
