Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development across various retail channels, including Wealth Counters, Private Banking Channel, IFAs, and National Distributors within their assigned region.

They will build and maintain long-term relationships with all retail channel partners, setting up and managing networks in the assigned region.

To achieve planned growth objectives, they must develop and implement strategies that enhance sales performance and revenue targets in assigned channels.

Key responsibilities include designing and executing retail strategy and tactical business plans, considering market opportunities, competitor activities, existing capabilities, and risk appetite.

They will also ensure industry-leading mobilization across all company schemes and liaise with distributors, banks, and institutions to promote and sell specific schemes as directed by senior management.
