Job Summary

Visionary Business Analyst sought to spearhead business transformation initiatives, driving strategic change and growth.

  • Spearhead the capture, documentation, and management of business needs, encompassing idea shaping, scoping, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of business architecture impact, including process, organisational, and technological changes, capturing and documenting new and updated business processes, intelligence, data, and information models.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders from both business and technical teams to deliver innovative products and services that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key project stakeholders.
  • Keep Project Managers and Solution Architects informed on project activities and escalate where necessary.
  • Understand and shape project scope and the business driver behind change.
  • Utilise appropriate business analysis tools and techniques to gather, document, and communicate Business Requirements effectively.
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes and provide an impact assessment to the project scope and deliverables.
  • Lead the analysis effort on projects by providing insight to required change, developing initial project concepts, challenging assumptions, prioritising business needs, and owning the requirements process.
  • Drive and lead requirement activities on a project programme while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Document and communicate business design to ensure clarity of understanding among impacted stakeholders and business sponsors using appropriate tools, techniques, and guidelines.
  • Apply Business Architecture methods, where relevant, to ensure people, process, and technology impacts are clearly understood.
  • Identify and engage in opportunities for Continuous Improvement to evolve team capabilities.
  • Participate actively in team growth by sharing project and business knowledge.
  • Inform the Analysis and Design Senior Manager of any risks, issues, or changes to resource estimates.
  • Foster open communication within the team and externally with project stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and peers.
  • Ensure key stakeholders understand the value of business analysis activities and their role in the project delivery lifecycle.
