Customer Success Manager Role

The successful candidate will drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop success plans with customers to outline critical goals and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with Account Management teams to secure contract renewals and identify opportunities for expanding usage across the organization.
  • Lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives for upsells and participate in pilot results presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Annual Business Reviews (ABRs).

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success/project management, with a proven track record of success, particularly in managing major accounts. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, especially in cybersecurity, along with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
