Job Description:

We seek a seasoned IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee network design, deployment, and maintenance. The successful candidate will ensure seamless data flow between OT and IT systems.

The IT Infrastructure Manager will focus on disaster recovery and business continuity planning to minimize operational disruptions and ensure rapid recovery from incidents affecting network services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, deploying, and maintaining network infrastructure for high availability, low latency, redundancy, and security.
  • Collaborating with production and IT teams to align network infrastructure with operational needs.
  • Installing and configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points for optimal performance and security.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting network performance, identifying potential bottlenecks, and ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Planning and executing network upgrades, expansions, and modernization initiatives with security features and future-ready wireless infrastructure solutions.
  • Ensuring network scalability to support future production needs and business growth.
  • Implementing and enforcing network security policies and controls in alignment with organizational policies.
  • Managing relationships with network vendors and external partners for timely delivery, implementation, and support.
  • Developing redundancy strategies to prevent network failures and ensure continuous availability of production data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing production floor network infrastructure in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade network equipment (Cisco, Juniper) and network monitoring tools.
  • Proven experience in leading network architecture projects and managing security protocols.
