Network Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to spearhead the design, deployment, and maintenance of cutting-edge network infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative network solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and architecture. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities, are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Configure Network Infrastructure: Develop and implement robust network designs that ensure seamless data transmission, high availability, and optimal performance.
  • Conduct Network Audits: Perform thorough network audits, including quality checks for Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) installations, to identify areas for improvement and optimize network efficiency.
  • Perform Network Performance Analysis: Conduct regular network performance analysis to detect bottlenecks and recommend optimization measures to enhance overall system performance.
  • Troubleshoot Complex Network Issues: Identify and resolve complex network issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system availability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electrical & Electronics (recognized by AICTE/UGC/Ministry of HRD)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience in IT/Telecommunication Systems/Optical Fibers for degree holders; 6 years for Diploma holders (recognized by AICTE/UGC/Ministry of HRD)
