ServiceNow Platform Expert

Job Description:

As a ServiceNow Platform Expert, you will be responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the business needs of our IT department and beyond. You will work on developing various modules such as ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, and ITBM in the ServiceNow Platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow (support or development)
  • Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Experience with ServiceNow upgrade
  • Good knowledge of the ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and with a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills
