Job Title: Platform Solutions Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Platform Solutions Architect to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable platforms across various environments. This involves working on automation, monitoring, and infrastructure optimization to ensure production systems run efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automation frameworks using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting.
  • Manage and support Linux systems, Hadoop clusters, and cloud services.
  • Design and deploy CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
  • Implement container orchestration with Docker & Kubernetes.
  • Set up monitoring & alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).
  • Participate in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Drive SRE best practices for reliability, scalability, and performance improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Linux, Hadoop ecosystem, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.
  • Solid scripting skills and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets.
  • Familiarity with Tableau or other visualization tools.
