Job Title: Jr Platform Systems Admin

We are seeking a highly skilled Jr Platform Systems Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all BMC Remedy SaaS Releases/Changes as part of the Change Team.

  • Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will coordinate with customers to gather requirements before starting any change, design and develop the plan for execution, and troubleshoot and fix issues identified during change implementation.
  • Coordination: You will also coordinate with SaaS Support Teams, including Operations, Database, Networking, Security, and Wintel, as well as Product Teams to get quick resolution of issues.
  • Team Review Meetings: Participation in Internal Team Review meetings is expected.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Exposure to Remedy Change/Migration Activities is preferable. Experience in ARS Development using ARS Forms, ARS objects - Active Links, Filters, Escalation, Active Link Guide, Filter Guides, Menus, Web Services, Applications is required.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of SRM, ITSM, CMDB, Remedy Architect, ITIL v3 certification is preferred. Strong problem-solving ability and experience with DevOps technologies and processes are highly desired.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience is necessary.
