Job Title: Site Master Plan Manager

The role of the Site Master Plan Manager is a high-level position that oversees the implementation of the site master plan for Malt plant, HBS, and IMFL packaging hall. This includes developing and driving the deployment of the master plan at both the site and departmental levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the site master plan for Malt plant, HBS, and IMFL packaging hall.
  • Lead the change management processes for the department and set objectives and priorities.
  • Maintain alignment between all parts of the site's supply chain by coordinating all departments to work together in master plan deployment.
  • Lead and support all departments in implementing manufacturing process improvements to meet their broad plans.
  • Coches managers to develop teams at all levels to produce performance results through the master plan practices.

People Management:

  • Demonstrate managerial leadership to develop team against role capabilities.
  • Ensure effective implementation of master plan training & development programmes by aligning site /line management.
  • Coordinate master plan TOT and evaluation programmes to maintain consistency of approach and ensure alignment with capability programme.

Focused Improvement:

  • Provide expert loss & waste leadership and coaching to operational teams
    .Participate in and lead as required improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology.
  • Develop specific manufacturing performance improvement initiatives to optimize cost, eliminate waste and improve operational flexibility.
  • Engage with the Daily Operational Review meetings to provide expert analysis of performance improvement opportunities.

Team Meetings & Communications:

  • Implement weekly/ monthly/ quarterly communications to drive the engagement and momentum of the master plan journey.
  • Support the Task Forces and Shift Based teams in their deployment of the master plan through their regular meetings and their communication of activities.
