Job Overview:

The Branch Relationship Manager is a key position responsible for identifying, interviewing and selecting sales executives with support from HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet productivity measures for the unit such as premium per executive, case rate, persistency, retention and a high percentage of executives exceeding planned productivity standards.
  • Exceed revenue targets through joint field work with executives and observing/demonstrating successful selling skills.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with executives to track progress and provide feedback.
