Sustainability Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSE professional to support the safe execution of projects. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management who can promote a safety-first culture across all project phases.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental management systems.
- Lead audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions.
- Provide training and awareness sessions on relevant procedures.
- Implement practical control measures to ensure a safe working environment.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation, and/or commissioning projects/operations in oil and gas industries.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering or Science discipline.
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certificate.
- Lead Auditor ISO 45001/ISO 14001 or equivalent certifications.
- Incident Investigation Techniques certificate.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of HSE issues, practices, and behavioral aspects in Oil & Gas EPC business.
- Able to lead teams of HSE personnel.
- Solid understanding of HSE Management System and legislative requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
