Strategic Human Capital Director

May I Help You is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead its human resource function. As Strategic Human Capital Director, you will be responsible for driving organizational change and employee success.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to plan, develop, and implement strategic initiatives that foster a culture of growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Oversee the recruitment, training, and career advancement of top talent to drive business success.
- Human Capital Business Advisory: Function as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and execute policies and programs that promote consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost-effectiveness and competitiveness in attracting and retaining top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: In human resources or management from an accredited institution.
- Professional Experience: 7+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a services-oriented business with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and employees.
- Organizational and Prioritization Skills: Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
