About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Integration Delivery Lead to drive strategic delivery across our global IT ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to join us as we transition to a unified Global Integration platform – Digital Backbone, integrating various systems, applications & partners across the enterprise to support our global integration strategy.

As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for delivering integration projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and architectural standards. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and managing the Demand management & onboarding process for initiatives / projects who need to use Digital Backbone for their integration requirements.
  • Leading and managing the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects, from initial planning and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors. Effectively managing expectations, communicating progress, and resolving issues to ensure project success.
  • Allocating and managing project resources, including team members, budget, and technology assets, to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
  • Implementing and refining agile and other project management methodologies to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics.
  • Proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues. Developing contingency plans and escalating critical issues as needed.
  • Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Mentoring and coaching team members, providing constructive feedback, and supporting professional development.
  • Possessing a good understanding of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, Events, message queues, Azure Integration Services, SAP BTP IS etc.) to effectively guide technical teams and make informed decisions.
  • Ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives. Overseeing testing, security, and compliance aspects of the integration platform.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and experience with Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in leading delivery or project management roles within the Integration domain, with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing integration-related projects. They will also possess a good understanding of API-led connectivity, Event Driven Architecture, data integration patterns, and cloud-based integration services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, are essential for this role.
