Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Market Integrity Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight of our organization's surveillance function. The ideal candidate will ensure effective detection, investigation, and prevention of market abuse or misconduct.

The successful candidate will safeguard regulatory compliance and uphold market integrity through robust monitoring systems, policies, and cross-functional collaboration.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise the investigation of alerts, suspicious trades, and breaches; ensure timely escalation to compliance, legal, or regulators.
  • Develop, test, and deploy surveillance systems, creating a surveillance framework and SOPs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the surveillance team; ensure continuous skill enhancement in regulatory and analytical domains.
  • Benchmark against global best practices; introduce process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Present periodic surveillance reports, risk dashboards, and key metrics to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MBA (in finance), CA, CS, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5-10 years' relevant experience in the financial industry.
  • Knowledge of equity and equity derivatives markets.
  • Proficiency in tools and programming languages used for analysis and report creation.
