Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced digital marketing specialist to lead our client's paid advertising efforts on Google and Meta platforms. As a senior digital marketing specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid advertising strategies across multiple channels, driving profitable growth for clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse campaign performance using attribution tools and make informed decisions to improve ROI
- Presentation of regular campaign reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve integrated marketing goals
- Design and execution of A/B testing across various creative elements, audiences, and landing pages
- Identification of opportunities to scale campaigns profitably and proactively pitching budget reallocation strategies
- You Must Have:
- 6–9 years in a performance marketing role at an agency focused on e-commerce, preferably in B2C companies
- Excellent communication skills, as frequent interaction with international clients is required
- Demonstrated ability to manage ad spends exceeding $5K+ monthly per client
- Deep understanding of metrics beyond CTR, such as ROAS, margins, and funnel bottlenecks
- Proficiency in Paid Ads like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools
- Strong hands-on skills with AI tools for ad copy, audience research, or automation
- A strategic mindset that prioritizes why over how

- Scaling accounts from $5K/month to $20K/month while maintaining profitability
- Reducing customer acquisition cost without compromising conversions
- Driving campaign insights that significantly impact brand trajectory
