Senior Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity and Access Management (IAM).

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing PAM solutions to secure critical systems and infrastructure. This will involve configuring and maintaining privileged account vaults, password rotation policies, and access workflows.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop PAM solutions to secure critical systems and infrastructure
  • Configure and maintain privileged account vaults, password rotation policies, and access workflows
  • Troubleshoot PAM issues, including credential vault failures, session recording errors, and access request failures
  • Integrate PAM solutions with other enterprise systems, such as IAM, SIEM, and ticketing systems
  • Manage Azure privileged access using Entra PIM and Conditional Access
  • Utilize scripting languages like PowerShell or Python to automate routine tasks and reporting
  • Conduct periodic audits, access reviews, and compliance reporting
  • Administer Active Directory, LDAP, and Entra ID environments
  • Enforce MFA, adaptive access policies, and RBAC across hybrid environments
  • Monitor authentication logs, failed login attempts, and security threats
  • Ensure compliance with IAM security policies and regulatory standards
  • Investigate IAM-related security incidents and unauthorized access attempts
  • Collaborate with security teams to implement zero-trust and identity governance models
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environments, including patching, performance tuning, and access control

The ideal candidate will have 4-12 years of hands-on experience in PAM, IAM, and authentication technologies. Strong expertise in BeyondTrust, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and Azure PIM is required. Working knowledge of cloud IAM services (Azure, AWS) and authentication protocols, along with experience with scripting languages for task automation, is also necessary. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred. Professional certifications in areas like BeyondTrust, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, and CyberArk Defender are also desirable.
