**Job Title:** Senior Identity Access Management Specialist

As a seasoned expert in identity access management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the secure and efficient operation of our organization's Sailpoint platform.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IAM principles, as well as extensive experience with Sailpoint software. You will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

  • Provide Level 3 technical support for IAM and Sailpoint solutions in a complex banking environment.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including PCI DSS and SWIFT compliance.
  • Design, architect, and optimize OAM and Sailpoint platforms, managing capacity and upgrades.
  • Lead major incident responses and mentor junior team members, producing comprehensive post-incident reports.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
  • Participate in disaster recovery drills and performance baselining initiatives.
  • Maintain strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate an ownership mindset, with readiness for 24x7 support and on-call rotation.
