Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Engineer to join our team.

  • Administer and maintain identity platforms including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies across systems.
  • Monitor and report on identity-related activities, access patterns, and anomalies.
  • Collaborate with security architects to design and improve identity infrastructure.
  • Support audits and compliance efforts by providing identity-related evidence and reports.
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and access provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • Identify and remediate identity security risks and misconfigurations.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  1. Managing identity platforms, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  2. Designing and implementing RBAC policies.
  3. Monitoring and reporting on identity-related activities.
  4. Collaborating with security architects.
  5. SUPPORTING AUDITS AND COMPLIANCE EFFORTS.
  6. ASSISTING IN ONBOARDING/OFFBOARDING PROCESSES.
  7. IDENTIFYING AND REMEDIATING IDENTITY SECURITY RISKS.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Experience with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Understanding of identity reporting and analytics.
  • Understanding of identity architecture, protocols, and lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of managing RBAC models.
  • Knowledge of identity security principles.

Nice to Have:

The following skills would be beneficial but are not required:

  • Experience with Azure IAM features.
  • Exposure to AWS IAM and cloud identity integrations.
  • Scripting or automation skills.
