Facilitate Efficient Façade Access

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Façade Access Consultant/Engineer to join our team of dedicated specialists.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience providing façade access advice and design expertise on challenging projects, tapping into wide resources pools across the company.

  • Collaborate with design teams to advise on integrating façade access systems into projects.
  • Lead the design process to achieve optimal combinations of cost, aesthetic impact, and functionality, while following best health and safety practices.
  • Prepare façade access strategy reports at key stages of the design process.
  • Develop employer's requirements documentation and system specifications for façade access and façade replacement systems.
  • Review contractor drawings and inspect sites throughout the construction process to ensure compliance with specs, design intent, and relevant legislation.
  • Manage multiple façade access consulting projects simultaneously and work directly with clients.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and available technologies used in façade access.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Experience working with façade access systems, either within a consultancy or from a contractor's role.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of façade access systems, their performance, and operation, as well as current engineering standards, practices, regulations, and legislation.
  • Be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a relevant academic background.
  • Be competent in AutoCAD and/or Revit and 3D design software.
