Job Role

The objective of this position is to lead strategic research and advisory initiatives that inform and accelerate the growth and market leadership of digital payments platforms and products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on policies, product strategy, and implementation for digital payment platforms.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor benchmarks to advise on new initiatives.
  • Represent high-level discussions, committees, and working groups.
  • Lead development and implementation of various research and advisory services across business segments, markets, etc. by analyzing market trends, preparing strategic reports while working closely with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate coordination between internal teams and external partners for seamless integration and rollout.
  • Supervise and review ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination for successful implementation of new systems or upgrades.
  • Contribute to policy creation and updates to align with RBI norms and global best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the digital payments domain.
  • Promote innovation within the organization by evaluating new technologies and their applicability.
  • Prepare strategic reports, policy notes, and board-level presentations.
  • Communicate insights, risks, and progress clearly to senior leadership and external partners.
