Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to lead end-to-end analytical requirements, including model development and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling, with experience in the BFSI domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address business problems predominantly in BFSI.
  • Leverage expertise in ML algorithms and statistical modeling to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate complex data science models and analysis effectively.
  • Mentor a team of data scientists and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of relevant analytics experience in banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, or consultancies.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or other quantitative courses.
