Senior Analytics Strategist

Lead high-impact client engagements across a range of industries and problem statements, developing analytics strategies and programs for clients by leveraging data and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders and independently assess client agenda, internal culture, and change readiness.
- Develop creative insights and sound business recommendations, delivering impactful client presentations while growing team members' roles and skills.
- Provide analytical and day-to-day project delivery team leadership, creating a collaborative and inclusive environment for all levels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope projects, create relevant solutions for clients, and build the firm's intellectual capital.
Basic Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience in business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics.
- Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple projects.
- Experience managing key client relationships.
- Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional data and analytics experience in Hadoop framework and coding using Impala, Hive, or PySpark.
- Relevant industry expertise.
