Job Title: Senior Business Strategist

Reports to:

• Debt Management Function Heads

• Team Leads

• Cross-functional teams (Product, Risk, BIU)

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Business Strategist plays a critical role in supporting the decision-making process by providing data insights on multiple dimensions depicting macro and micro trends in the business.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Create and implement debt management strategies through data-driven insights from MIS and KPIs
    • Collate, structure, and build documentation for referencing and studying the impact of changes
    • Monitor debt management ecosystem performance and track customer, employee, and agency parameter requirements for system developments
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Track current strategy effectiveness and recommend improvements where required
    • Drive higher resolution dollar collection at sustainable cost through analytical inputs
    • Risk segmentation using propensity to pay probability and differentiated treatment approaches
  • Process Improvement:
    • Develop and adopt models for right-time contact tagging, skip tracing, and settlement acceptance
    • Analytical inputs to drive enhanced recovery and debt-sale solutions
    • Project management for initiatives undertaken
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Adhere to and foster compliance in day-to-day functions
    • Work closely with product portfolio risk teams and BIU teams towards understanding and effecting portfolio changes into insights for effective and efficient DM operations
