Expert Email Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our email campaign management strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and executing email campaigns, leveraging Oracle Responsys and Unity platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, targeting, rollout, reporting, and optimization. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, data selection, rollout (creatives not included), and reporting.
  • Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns across Oracle platforms (Responsys, Unity).
  • Develop insights from complex data sets and present actionable recommendations to internal teams.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries using advanced PL/SQL concepts for audience creation and performance tuning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key Competencies:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and managing email campaigns using Oracle Responsys.
  • Strong experience in Oracle Unity CDP implementation (minimum 2 customers).
  • Experience in developing BI reports with Oracle Infinity IQ, including dashboard insights.
  • Proven track record in hyper-personalization and A/B testing campaigns.
  • Proficient in SQL / PL-SQL with expertise in writing complex queries and performance optimization.
