Job Title: Fashion Merchandiser Role 

We are seeking an accomplished and driven Fashion Merchandiser to spearhead our merchandising endeavors. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in cultivating relationships with esteemed designers and multi-designer stores, while also contributing significantly to the growth and visibility of our brand portfolio.

This role demands a harmonious balance of creativity, sound business acumen, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong connections with existing designers and multi-designer stores.
  • Coordinate merchandise flow, product selection, and seasonal placements effectively.
  • Ensure timely deliveries, product visibility, and brand positioning across partner stores.

Business Growth & Brand Development:

  • Drive sales growth for existing brands by developing strategic merchandising initiatives.
  • Analyze performance and provide actionable insights to maximize sell-through.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand recognition.

Onboarding & Partnerships:

  • Identify and onboard new designers that align with our vision.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with new and existing partners.
  • Cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion merchandising.
  • A robust network and relationships within the fashion industry, particularly with designers and multi-designer stores.
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A keen eye for fashion trends and sound analytical ability.
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
