Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the human resources function, driving strategic workforce planning, and managing talent management processes.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify and develop high-potential talent, analyze people statistics, and develop insights to drive the company's talent strategies. You will also be responsible for managing performance appraisal processes, creating a healthy and harmonious climate within the organization, and identifying and ensuring the fulfillment of behavioral and functional capability development needs of employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in workforce planning, talent management, and HR analytics. They will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders and influence without authority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Human Resources Function: Oversee the human resources department and ensure effective execution of HR strategies.
  • Drive Strategic Workforce Planning: Map the people strategy of business units with business strategy.
  • Analyze People Statistics: Use HR analytics tools to develop insights and drive talent strategies.
  • Manage Performance Appraisal Processes: Drive the annual performance appraisal process in the business function basis COE direction.
