About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving headcount planning and making strategic decisions on optimal workforce allocation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze variances, understand and mitigate drivers, and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.

This is a high-impact role that directly affects our business results. You will need to build short-term execution plans by managing trade-offs between customer experience, employee experience, and cost effectiveness. You will also be responsible for mitigating capacity risks by managing dependencies across multiple operating units.

We are looking for an experienced professional with excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen to join our team. If you have a passion for data-driven decision-making and are eager to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build WW short-term planning/WFM team framework
  • Create short-term execution plans for business by managing trade-offs between Customer Experience/Service Levels, Employee Experience, and Cost Effectiveness
  • Mitigate capacity risks by managing dependencies across multiple operating units. Clearly communicate dependencies and manage/track expectations
  • Manage the analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of GSRCs performance via Key Performance Indicators
  • Key Stakeholder/Business Owner for workforce management decision support systems capabilities
  • Guide senior leaders on every aspect of short-term supply and demand topics.
  • Analyze drivers of forecast misses to continuously improve forecasting.
