Key responsibilities include:
  • Create best-in-class capacity plans that balance customer experience, employee experience, and cost effectiveness.
  • Develop and improve forecasting models using data analysis and statistical tools.
  • Mitigate capacity risks by managing dependencies across multiple operating units.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need 2+ years of program or project management experience, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc., experience in Lean methodologies, and the ability to work in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross-functional interactions.

A Day in the Life:
- Collaborate with Operations, Capacity Planning, and Finance teams to analyze historical data and forecast demand.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of site performance via Key Performance Indicators.
- Support local site management to optimize staffing requirements and maintain acceptable Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
